Delete your Appayo account

Verify your identity and permanently delete your Appayo cloud account from the web, even if the app is no longer installed.

What deletion covers

After your identity is verified, Appayo removes your account and applicable associated cloud data under the same account-deletion rules used by Appayo.

  • Appayo authentication account and associated personal profile information
  • Applicable cloud-synced financial records associated with your account
  • Applicable cloud preferences, reminders, credits, payments, and categories
  • Your access and membership information for Appayo workspaces

Shared workspace records that legitimately belong to other members may be preserved while your personal identity and access are removed. Limited records may also be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or accounting obligations. See the Privacy Policy.

This web process can delete information stored in Appayo's cloud. Data that exists only on a device is not accessible through this website.

For privacy, this page does not disclose whether an email address has an Appayo account. Never enter your Appayo password here.

Can't use automatic verification? Request manual deletion

This manual request is sent to support@myappayo.com. A separate security notice is also sent to the account email so the owner is alerted that deletion was requested. That notice may include the APY tracking reference, but it is never a verification code and does not mean deletion is already complete. Appayo Support will never ask you to send a password or one-time authentication code.
