These Terms of Service govern your use of the Appayo application and myappayo.com, provided by Appayo LLC.

1. Personal finance tool

Appayo is a personal finance organization and information tool. It is not a bank, broker, investment adviser, tax adviser, accounting firm, or lender, and it does not provide individualized financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device, credentials, and account access. Information you provide should be accurate and you must not use Appayo for unlawful or abusive activity.

3. Your data

You retain responsibility for the financial information you enter into Appayo. Your use of account and cloud functionality is also governed by the Privacy Policy.

4. Availability and changes

We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. During beta or pre-release periods, features may change and service interruptions may occur.

5. No guarantee of financial outcomes

Appayo may display calculations, summaries, reminders, budgets, reports, or insights based on information available to the application. You are responsible for reviewing important financial decisions and records independently.

6. Acceptable use

You may not attempt to interfere with Appayo’s security, access another person’s account without authorization, misuse shared workspaces, reverse engineer protected services where prohibited by law, or use Appayo to violate applicable law.

7. Account termination and deletion

You may stop using Appayo at any time. Where account creation is available, you may request account deletion through the application or the external deletion page. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or comply with law.

8. Disclaimer and limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Appayo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Appayo LLC is not liable for losses resulting solely from financial decisions made from app summaries, user-entered inaccuracies, device loss, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as Appayo evolves. Continued use after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
